Welcome to Seaboard Point!
Located in a low traffic, quiet community on the northeastern tip of the "five mile beach island", Seaboard Point is a spacious residential community situated on 19 waterfront acres, with easy access to the Garden State Parkway and Route 9. Within the four mid-rise buildings are 96 roomy homes averaging over 2000+ sq. feet with 2nd floor penthouse junior suites on the top level. Multiple elevators provide easy access from your reserved covered garage parking spot right to your front door. And, of course, the community has many of the amenities expected in a high end, luxury property.
Our property…
Seaboard Point boasts onsite property management and high-end security systems for both our homes and our clubhouse facilities. Water and sewer is included in our HOA fees. Governed by a volunteer 3 member Board of Trustees, our community is active and transparent with quarterly home owner association meetings, and an up-to-date website containing important information, including financial reports, HOA documents, a calendar of events and much, much more. We have a number of resident-led committees dedicated to maintaining and improving the already high quality of life for Seaboard Point home owners.
Our property is adjacent to a marina and home to two Avian Preserves (nesting habitat for Yellow-Crowned and Black-Crowned Night Herons). We are surrounded by the ocean to the east and Hereford Inlet to our north/north west. We have the most breathtaking views of sunrises, sunsets, watercraft and even some dolphins and whales from time to time.
Our homes…
Most homes are single story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Top level homes are two stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Every home has at least one private veranda overlooking a water view. The top level homes have two – one on each level! Each home has one ground level storage unit accessible inside the building’s garage.
Our grounds…
Maintained year round by private landscaping companies and our own community staff, the grounds display many beautiful, colorful and mature plantings. Seaboard Point has won awards for the best holiday decorations on the island for more than 10 years!
Our Recreation Circle…
At the center of our community is the Recreation Circle. Complete with clubhouse, fitness center, billiard room, pool and heated spa, tennis/shuffleboard court, volleyball court, pickleball, multiple BBG grills, and more, the Recreation Circle IS the focal point for all the activities enjoyed by residents and their guests. Community planned activities bring us all together – ice cream socials, wine and cheese tasting, our day-long July 4th summer celebration including activities and games for children and adults alike.
