BREATHTAKING VIEWS

See beautiful sunrises and incredibly colorful sunsets. Watch boats and other watercraft navigate Hereford Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Look closely and you will see dolphins from your veranda.

CLUBHOUSE Hours 5 AM to 11 PM

At the center of our community is the Seaboard Point Clubhouse. Family and friends find many reasons to visit the clubhouse on a regular basis. What’s inside? Enter through the front double doors and you will first see our Great Room, furnished comfortably with casual seating, a kitchenette containing a refrigerator/freezer, sink, and counter space, a gas fireplace and large screen TV. Walk around and find private rooms for billiards and exercise. Residents share books and magazines by means of a bookcase designated as a lending library. Restrooms are accessible from both inside the clubhouse and the pool area.

BILLIARD ROOM Hours 5 AM to 11 PM

The clubhouse includes a private billiard room that is furnished with high top tables and chairs plus cable television. Equipment includes multiple weighted pool cues, bridges and racks for standard pool and 9-ball. Come practice or play one of America’s favorite pastimes – the choice is yours!

FITNESS CENTER Hours 5 AM to 11 PM

Exercise at the shore! Our fitness center is furnished with treadmills, stationary bikes, a rowing machine, free weights and muscle strengthening equipment. Never a boring workout!

POOL & SPA

10 AM to 9 PM (during summer season)

The pool and spa at Seaboard Point is just one of the many reasons residents and friends enjoy living at and visiting our beautiful community. Our private pool has a wading area for young children and a large swimming area for older children and adults, surrounded by many tables, chairs, lounges and umbrellas. The heated spa is just off to the side of the main pool. Chat with new friends or just relax. You will find nothing better than summer days at the pool at Seaboard Point.

BBQ GRILL AREA

Beside the clubhouse, you will find 3 state-of-the-art BBQ Gas Grills plus shaded picnic tables available for use by all Seaboard Point residents. This picnic area is only steps away from the volleyball court and other recreational activities.

VOLLEYBALL Volleyball Court open for Resident use during daylight hours.

Adjacent to the BBQ area is the volleyball court. Did you know that by playing volleyball in the sand, beach volleyball players work their legs twice as hard as they would on a traditional court? Well, we have the sand - you bring the fun! Along with volleyball, enjoy games of horseshoes, corn hole toss and ladder golf.

TENNIS COURT Tennis Court open for Resident use during daylight hours.

Don’t leave home without your rackets! They say tennis is a great way to stay active, be social, have fun, develop your mind and increase your capacity to deal with stress. Whatever your reason, if tennis is your game, we have a beautiful court waiting for you.

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of tennis, table tennis and badminton. It is played on a court that measures the same as a doubles badminton court and uses a ball similar to, but smaller and harder than, a wiffle ball. The game can be played indoors or outdoors.

Like tennis in slow motion:
The pickleball flies about one-third as fast as a tennis ball, on a court that is about one-third as large as a tennis court.

SHUFFLEBOARD

Located on the grounds of the tennis court, shuffleboard has become a popular game in our Community. Game equipment is available court-side.
